Purposes:
This screen allows the MIMS
user to view party name history.
Prerequisites:
1.
MIMS
user must have applicable security authorization to access this screen.
The
following groups have access to this panel:
· All MEP Staff with access to
MIMS

Service Agents
Helpful Hints:
·
This
is a view only screen; no updates can be done.
·
This
is a reference for creditors who may interchange their maiden and married names.

Procedure:
1.
From
Screen S13 – Party Search Criteria, search for Party.
2.
On
Screen S21 – Maintain Party Individual, select ‘Party Name History’ tab.
3.
The
Party Name history is displayed showing all expired party names and alias
names.
